priced its initial public offering at $9.50 per American Depositary Share on Wednesday, selling 11 million shares to raise $104.5 million, The Chinese tech-driven personal finance company is listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Shares will start trading later Wednesday under the ticker symbol "XYF." Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley were joint underwriters on the deal.
